Villas Cassandra and Katrina enjoy an excellent position close to the beach and all amenities, yet they are situated in an upmarket, spacious and quiet area of Puerto Del Carmen. You are about 300 yards to the beach, so about 3 minutes walk. Enclosed by volcanic walled gardens, each private villa has the south-facing patio is well provided with garden furniture and sun loungers. The pool, which is both electrically and solar heated to maintain the water temperature, is of a very generous size and has Roman steps for easy entry. Our regular pool maintenance ensures the pool and sun terrace are kept clean and tidy.
The accommodation consists of two spacious twin/double bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms, one en-suite. A comfortable lounge/dining area leads to double doors by the pool and patio opening up the villa so as to enjoy the weather and BBQ to the full. An open plan fully fitted electric kitchen completes the facilities. There is washing machine, iron and ironing board and safe in the bedroom cupboard. Satellite TV, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Regular maid service, bathroom towels and linen are also supplied. Beds can be made as double or twin.

Just wanted to say how impressed we've been with everything. The villa is the best equipped we've ever stayed at. Your pre-holiday communication was excellent. The problem we had with the ceiling fan on arrival was fixed within 30 minutes of reporting it. The housekeepers are brilliant. We would not hesitate to recommend you.

The villa does not have air conditioning and this proved to be a problem while we were there in June/July as the weather was really hot. If at all possible I would suggest installing air conditioning,even if just in the living/kitchen area.

Pool cleaned and villa cleaned regularly by very polite and friendly staff. Booking process very easy and emailed throughout stay to make sure everything OK and even booked us a taxi to airport. Wifi was great and never let us down.

Great location, spotlessly clean, well equipped and the pool just topped it off. The admin team were really helpful and very quickly assisted us with a small issue we had. WIFI was also really good.

Great location, quiet but only 5 mins to shops, beaches and main promenade. The villa is alarmed and has a safe which is reassuring too. Reception team are 1st class and helped with securing home visit for Covid test before travel home. We will be back and can not recommend this company highly enough. Thank you.

Club Oceano staff were extremely helpful and went out if their way to look after us, we were distant from the hotel but didn't feel cut off - the perfect compromise. We would definitely book a villa again.

Fantastic location - lovely and quiet but only 3 minutes away from shops, bars and restaurants.
Pool was brilliant, perfect temperature and so nice having it all to ourselves in a lovely private space.

We were disturbed during our stay by building work next door. Without this it would have been a reasonably quiet location although there are regular buses stopping outside for the hotel complex across the road.

Outdoor wall lighting - we had regular bbqs and the amount of light shining on the table (Cassandra) was just not quite enough. We had a similar problem with the BBQ until the spotlight for teh BBQ was replaced but I wonder if the same can be said ofsee more

Hot water. Great to have lots of hot water but ours was scalding hot and great care had to be taken to not burn yourself. In fact the water was so hot it melted a plastic bottle we were washing! Suggest signs to warn people of how hot the water is. Fans in the rooms are very ineffective (and noisy). Other places we have stayed have ceiling fans which seem to be the best. |
