Overall very good stay, apartment a little bit dated but very comfortable, apartment does need a lick of paint where people have squatted mosquitos, no air con but the 3 fans made up for this, we would definitely return, we also gave all the details to are neighbours who love Lanzarote so they might book with you as well.

Air con would be nice, I know it's a quick change over with guests, but if you got quick drying white paint to cover marks on walls it will dry out before next guests arrive, just leave patio doors open for 1hr and there will be no smell of paint.

Apartment cleaned regularly and bed clothes and towels changed every few days . Beds very comfortable . Pool area fab. Lots of loungers . Peace and quiet . Really cannot fault this apartment . Beach on doorstep what more could you want !!! Looking forward to booking again with Ocean club holidays , all i requested was done and done promptly thanks so much to Ally.

Accommodation and closeness to beach were both great. Bit of a walk to main bars and restaurants but bus was frequent and nearby when you preferred not to walk. Also taxis across the road.

For a weeks relaxing holiday and value for money for the middle of August it was perfect.
Apartment had all that was needed. Yes basic, but didn´t need anything more. It was perfectly clean, very comfy and cleaned regularly with clean towels.

Maintenance work occurred during our stay. We were told it would only take a couple of hours and there would be no noise. This turned into two days of maintenance which involved a lot of drilling and dust. The apartments should have been closed down plus

The WiFi offered was very poor and actually cost me alot more than the €30 we paid for it as I was having to keep turning on my data roaming and inevitably forgot to turn it off. It would be better to not offer WiFi than the oplus

The only really anoying thing was the Internet-Option. There is nowwhere written that for the 3€ per day it can be used only by 2 users. Thats complete out of time. In this ti es everybody want to use mobiletablets and if i book internet for a 2bedroplus

It happend a lot that there was nobody at the reception. So we couldn´t always ask questionsask for help. Due to vacation of the staff. Although there was a note that they would be there at a time in the day they were not there. If your staff is on hplus

Like the location just outside the town area, but still had bars and restaurants across the road together with a supermarket. Lovely outlook overlooking the beach and sea, although if I come again I will be sure to book Block 6 which overlooks the bplus

WiFi. We paid 3 Euros per day for 5 days and it was not worth the money as we couldn´t log on most of the time.... Did talk to reception twice about this and was offered our money back on day 2 and to cancel this, but really this was not what I wanplus
