The flat clean and all comfy. Indoor swimming pool nice and quite.

A short walk to the main strip with bars, restaurants, shops and clubs. Far enough from the strip that you don't get the noise from above said bars etc. Taxi rank and bus stop right outside. No problems visiting other resorts. Grounds are well kept and gardner always has a cheery smile and wave. Been here many many times before and will keep coming back for as long as possible.

We recently stayed in block 6 of these apartments with a beachfront view. It was beautiful to wake up and see the sea. The pool area is super clean, the water was perfect, both clean and a perfect temperature. It was quiet around the pool too so no sver más
We recently stayed in block 6 of these apartments with a beachfront view. It was beautiful to wake up and see the sea. The pool area is super clean, the water was perfect, both clean and a perfect temperature. It was quiet around the pool too so no sunbed snatchers early on! All the grounds around the apartment's are well maintained and clean also. The housekeeping staff were lovely and helped keep our apartment sand free and clean throughout our stay. A couple of small issues were dealt with immediately (no kitchen plug or tea towels left one day) but after a quick email they were delivered within hours. One thing we did struggle with but that was our error and lesson learnt, was that these apartments don’t have aircon, being in Lanzarote in August it was sooo hot and we did struggle somewhat without it. However, these apartments aren’t advertised as having aircon so it’s our fault for not thinking about this.

Always clean, and all staff helpful and friendly, even the Gardner . The recently upgraded apartments are all amazing. Fans in the bedroom are the perfect additions.

we had a whole day to spend in Puerto del Carmen prior too our flight and I rang England to see if we could avail of the facilities at the other resort, ie luggage storage. and full use of facilities. While I am aware we could have stayed poolside at Costa Luz, we would have had to stay with our luggage. . thois workeds out extrememly well, thank you |

Mattresses on beds need replaced,all curved and very hard
Deco looking a bit tired and not changed since my first visit in 1992
Not enough hot water to have a bath let alone 3 showers as stated.

Thank you for your comments. We now have new mattresses since June 2018 and much of the furniture and decorations have been d since you stay.

We´ve stayed for many years (78 I think) and love coming back to Costa Luz each year. The location is perfect for us, the apartments are clean, the staff are friendly & welcoming, and we would love to know why the second front block isn´t also avaiver más

Really don´t need to have our towels changed so regularly - it´s a nice touch, but to help the environment, we´d be more than happy to have only one change in, say a 7 day period.

We stayed in a beach front apartment and had the most amazing sea view. So quiet and peaceful yet very handy for restaurants and shops. The apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Reception staff where helpful and friendly. Over más

Beds & pillows very uncomfortable and need d.
Charged for Wi-Fi which was extremely poor even for Lanzarote and did not need a password to connect and therefore not secure.

These apartment are fantastic, the beach front block in which we stayed was well kept with gorgeous views. Cleaned every other day with a change of towels. Bed linen changed weekly. The grounds are well kept and the reception staff were welcoming andver más
These apartment are fantastic, the beach front block in which we stayed was well kept with gorgeous views. Cleaned every other day with a change of towels. Bed linen changed weekly. The grounds are well kept and the reception staff were welcoming and helpful. We did have a cockroach visit us twice but they are harmless and didn´t bother us at all. The accommodation is close enough to all eminities and bus routes but far enough away to be extremely peaceful. We would most definitely recommend a stay here to anyone and will be returning ourselves!

We were very disappointed that pool was taken out of commission for most of 2nd week and with no notice and very little information.
Also at this stage having to broadband at and extra cost seemed a little excessive.
