De mevrouw bij de receptie was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het huis was heel schoon en ruim. De afstand naar de supermarkten en strand was super. Zwembad en huis werden regelmatig schoon gemaakt. Super vakantie gehad!

Er waren losse blauwe steentjes in het zwembad en veel plekken weer geen steentjes meer zitten. Een keer alles nalopen en weer netjes maken.

Alles was heel goed geregeld.
Sleutel opgehaald bij hoofdgebouw en we werden naar de villa gebracht.
Alles was aanwezig en zeer ruime kamers.
Locatie vonden wij prima, alles goed lopend te doen, maar taxi kost 2,75 dus ook niet duur. Lidl en anderbekijk meer

Om de dag werd zwembad schoon gemaakt en paar keer in de week de accommodatie . We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. |

Het enige waar echt wat aan gedaan moet worden zijn de bedden. Die zijn echt heel hard ( misschien met een topper) ik hoop dat ze daar een oplossing voor zoeken.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the Villa was absolutely fabulous, newly refurbished and very clean. Great location and very private. The pool is a great size with a deep end too. I would highly recommend this villa and we will definitely be back.

All the staff I spoke to within the company either on the phone, in resort and via email were very helpful and dealt with any queries quickly.

Pool cleaned every couple of days - good quality bathroom towels changed often. Everything you needed was present in the Villa. We have no complaints at all, everything was great. Communication with Club Oceano was 10 out of 10.

There was air conditioning in the sitting room and fans in the bedrooms. We had temperatures of 27-27 degrees during our stay and this was adaquate. I'm not sure how suitable the fans would be in higher temperatures.

An amazing kitchen, living and dining space and the pool area is perfect! The whole property is beautifully maintained by a friendly, and professional team. And this is why we will be returning next year for the 3rd year running.

Everything is catered for. The pool is lovely, really big and clean, well looked after. Location is great, close to shops, restaurants and importantly, the beach!! 4th visit and I'm sure il be back again, hopefully next year.

Any queries I had I emailed ocean villas and I had a reply very quickly. Accommodation was excellent and extremely comfortable beds, plenty of cups, plates etc in the kitchen. Very spacious for a family of 5. I must commend the cleaners, they were in every 2-3 days cleaning and changing towels. Great location only a 10 minute walk to the strip. Overall a superb villa and I would return in the future.

We had a great time during our recent stay at Villa Venus, the villa is well equipped with a great pool. The villa and pool were cleaned every other day with fresh towels provided each time. The kids loved wi-Fi and the pool. The location is great wibekijk meer

The kids loved wi-Fi and the pool. The location is great with lidl within walking distance for food shopping, the biosphere shopping centre has a mini golf and outdoor cinema for activities and the old town for bars and restaurants. The beach is also easy to walk too, although it's an uphill climb back to the villa! I would definitely book these villas again and hopefully will be back again next year.

The pool was great, we got so much use out of it and it was maintained to a high standard. It was lovely to have the BBQ, we used it 45 times during our 10 night stay. The Wifi was fine and a must have I think for the teens. Overall a great experience and would have loved to stay longer.

I would highly recommend this villa , the location was ideal close to everything you could need.
we were well looked after by club Oceano who looked after us as soon as we left the airport , and arrived at they office, they drove us up to the villbekijk meer

we were well looked after by club Oceano who looked after us as soon as we left the airport , and arrived at they office, they drove us up to the villa and explained everything about the villa such as tv wifi ect, they send a cleaner in every other day also the pool got cleaned every other day. our last day our flight home wasn't until 8.30pm and check out was at 10.00 am however they let us stay in the villa till tea time and they even booked us a taxi back to the airport. I would defiantly book with club oceano for the villa again . |

The villas are in a good location, easy access to the local supermarkets and the main strip along the waterfront (although the direct route back can be a bit of a climb) Would recommend this to anyone looking for a villa in Puerto del Carmen.. thanks to everyone at Ocean Club Holidays for making our stay relaxing and trouble free. |

Although not the fault of the Villa no.16 in itself and out of its control, the recent building of a large (and unfortunately higher than others adjacent) property opposite this villa blocks the view directly ahead . This is not ideal and is a shame. I would return to these villas having been before (as have other family members) and Ocean Club Holidays have been excellent in their service, and we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay on those occasions. However, prior to booking one of these three villas I would like the facility to reserve and be allocated either no.14no.15 for my stay, an option that was not made available on this visit. I appreciate these other villas could also, in the future, be built in front of but at this time the facility to book a specific villa, if made available, would be of a benefit to your loyal and returning customers.
