Linnette was fantastic and so helpful the while group said we hjave had many villas in puerto del carmen over the years but this had to be the best experience. Thank you Linnette and ocean club holidays.

Although it states the villa has a heated pool it didn't seem to be. Don't know if it's only certain months it's heated. If it is this should be stated. However most of our party still used it so wasn't a big issue for us.

Pool was cleaned every couple of days as was the villa. The hotel reception were extremely helpful, not that we needed to call them for anything to do with the villa as it could not have been better. They helped print off boarding pass for one of us and pre ordered a taxi to take us to the airport. I would definitely recommend this villa, would be good for family's with kids as well as groups of adults.

The villa was exactly as it was in the pictures. Very clean and very well maintained by the excellent cleaners who came every other day to change the bed covers and towels. The private pool was cleaned every 2-3 days. I would recommend this to any fabekijk meer

I don´t think the washing machine was working correctly I had to put the powder in the machine with clothes. but overall wouldn´t change a thing. The only thing we didn´t like was the empty grounds in front of the villa. Residents came to walk theibekijk meer
