I have stayed at Costa Luz along with my daughter a number of times and this frontline apartment is by far the best and to wake up every morning to blue skies and the sound of the sea! Wonderful what more can you ask for.

The location for us was fabulous very quiet with a 15 min walk to the main area.Very clean and really modern had issue with WiFi at the start but the response from Oceania was prompt and precise magnificence service.Big shout out to Anna who accommodmehr anzeigen

No problems visiting other resorts. Grounds are well kept and gardner always has a cheery smile and wave. Been here many many times before and will keep coming back for as long as possible.

We recently stayed in block 6 of these apartments with a beachfront view. It was beautiful to wake up and see the sea. The pool area is super clean, the water was perfect, both clean and a perfect temperature. It was quiet around the pool too so no smehr anzeigen

The pool area is super clean, the water was perfect, both clean and a perfect temperature. It was quiet around the pool too so no sunbed snatchers early on! All the grounds around the apartment's are well maintained and clean also. The housekeeping staff were lovely and helped keep our apartment sand free and clean throughout our stay. A couple of small issues were dealt with immediately (no kitchen plug or tea towels left one day) but after a quick email they were delivered within hours. One thing we did struggle with but that was our error and lesson learnt, was that these apartments don’t have aircon, being in Lanzarote in August it was sooo hot and we did struggle somewhat without it. However, these apartments aren’t advertised as having aircon so it’s our fault for not thinking about this.

Beachfront location is unbeatable. An easy walk to restaurants, shops, car hire, taxis, buses and supermarket. It was great to walk straight out on to and along the beach to further cafes and bars. A very friendly and warm welcome by staff, who wemehr anzeigen

Not enough hot water to have a bath let alone 3 showers as stated.

We´ve stayed for many years (78 I think) and love coming back to Costa Luz each year. The location is perfect for us, the apartments are clean, the staff are friendly & welcoming, and we would love to know why the second front block isn´t also avaimehr anzeigen

Really don´t need to have our towels changed so regularly - it´s a nice touch, but to help the environment, we´d be more than happy to have only one change in, say a 7 day period.

Charged for Wi-Fi which was extremely poor even for Lanzarote and did not need a password to connect and therefore not secure.

These apartment are fantastic, the beach front block in which we stayed was well kept with gorgeous views. Cleaned every other day with a change of towels. Bed linen changed weekly. The grounds are well kept and the reception staff were welcoming andmehr anzeigen

The grounds are well kept and the reception staff were welcoming and helpful. We did have a cockroach visit us twice but they are harmless and didn´t bother us at all. The accommodation is close enough to all eminities and bus routes but far enough away to be extremely peaceful. We would most definitely recommend a stay here to anyone and will be returning ourselves!

We were very disappointed that pool was taken out of commission for most of 2nd week and with no notice and very little information.
Also at this stage having to broadband at and extra cost seemed a little excessive.
